Henri Fabre, the Pionnier Spirit.
He is the pionnier spririt of all creation about seaplan. It was a french engineer. He developped the project of seaplan. Since 1910 Henri Fabre is considered as the seaplan’s creator.

” Very young, I thought to give wings would be the greatest discovery that man could do.
Then I felt : looking at where science was , I probably arrived at the time when this discovery was possible.
Finally, I came to convince myself that I could try to do it.
And then it was a long and immense joy to delve into the human knowledge. That could clarify the question , observe the nature and see that she could teach us. And thanks to its secrets, realize our dream.
Others before me found the complete solution ; but it wasn’t enought to give up this effort. And finally, the small share of success that I got was enough to fill me. ”
